No reward ads after purchased “adv free”package

I recently purchased the “Ad-Free” package because I love the game and wanted to enjoy it without interruptions from advertisements. However, I noticed that despite the package stating it would not include regular ads, I should still have access to rewarded ads for extra rewards. Unfortunately, whenever I click on the treasury box to watch an advertisement for the additional rewards, I keep receiving a message that the advertisement is not ready. This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope it can be resolved soon.
