I have to give five star to this app because it helped me a lot to enhance my communication skill in english , now iam able to talk fluently in english on any topic .
They suspend my account without any reason!
I purchased one month ago. After that I paused my subscription without using it.
Two weeks later I found I couldn’t see any schedule of any tutor!
So I ask them to give me refund!
And there is no one actually reply!
All of the reply emails are the same.
Keeping me waiting over 3 weeks without any solution.
Neither proving service or paying the refund!
