How to Sync Apple Health:
1, Go to Me-Setting-Premissions, tap "not connected", allow AI Gym to access all of your health data, then tap allow in the top right corner;
2, If it doesn't work, open Apple health and go to your profile, tap App>AI Gym, tap turn all categories on;
3, After authorizing, your Active Energy and Cycling Distance will be synced to Apple Health.

Wish it could be a bit better
Lots of good things. As a free companion app for the Renpho bike I guess it’s ok. Would be great if it integrated with Strava or Garmin connect. Has a few dead ends so if you go to a page there is no exit and you need to close and reboot app. Those should be easily fixed.

Good app until it stops working
update- server is back online, rating updated. for the last few day the app always gave "network error" and would not retrieve hiatorical records or current training progress. it gives me the feeling the main server is offline at Renpho head office. will update rating if this is fixed.

Nothing works since update
Used to be a great app - I used the workout courses and tracking regularly. Nothing works since the update. I can get as far as selecting a course (or free cycle or anything else) and then it freezes on a grey screen. Disappointed.

Please kindly try the following:
1. Please check Your Internet Connection. Please confirm that you have a stable and strong internet connection.
2. Restart Your Network and Smartphone. Turn off your Wifi and mobile network, wait for a few minutes before switching it back on. Also, restart your smartphone. This action may clear out any temporary glitches causing the issue.
3. Reinstall the AI Gym App. If the problem persists, we recommend uninstalling the app from your smartphone, restarting the device again, and then reinstalling the app from the app store. Once done, connect the app with your exercise bike and try again.
