Snowboard or ski? On the serene slopes of Grand Mountain Adventure, you can do both! Ride a lift in the sleepy town of Hirschalm, slap on your boots, and cruise back down the mountain.
What we love: Like visiting a real resort, how you tackle this game is up to you. Its open world offers endless possibilities—like slaloming and competing for better scores or calmly skimming around the hills.
Quick tip: Venture too deep into the backcountry and you’ll encounter bears, cliffs, trees, even avalanches—though you’ll find secret ski passes and hidden challenges as well. The danger is worth it!
Meet the creator: Stockholm-based Toppluva was formed in 2015 by three brothers after two of them were injured in unrelated snowboarding accidents. The in-game mountain Dalarna was inspired by the province in Sweden where the trio spent their childhood skiing. (It even contains a replica of their grandmother’s house!)
