No way to remove credit card
Once you put your credit card information in that’s it, it’s in the forever. No way to remove it from the app. That’s an issue for me. I needed to use this app one time at a hotel and now I have to worry about a data breach

$265 before I knew what I was being charged.
I signed up for the app, read the terms of service, and checked out a bike using a QR reader. At no point was I shown a rental rate. While riding the bike you are not shown what the cost of your ride is. Even after returning the bike you aren’t sent an email (nor is one shown in the app) with math behind a charge. The emailed receipt is formatted so poorly that gmail thought it was spam/junk. I genuinely thought the bike might’ve been an amenity included with my hotel. I had to check my credit card to see what the cost was. $265?! I could’ve taken a limo for that price.

YES..I am leaving this for the correct app.
NO…your app did not show an active charge price anywhere within the app while using.
Additionally, the emailed receipt doesn’t even provide math for how the “Rental Fee” was calculated, so whether the max rental duration is 6 hours or not is irrelevant.
This is a great example of A) not knowing your own product and B) not listening to user feedback. Given that you’re in tech it’s hard to believe you’re still in business with that approach.

Hi there, we are not sure if you are leaving a review for the correct App. The hourly price is shown while in use. It is displayed prior to renting as well. Email receipts are sent and there is also your rider history that can be seen.
We also cap all our rates at 6 hours, so it’s not possible that you were charged this amount.

Scam and poor service
Writing a review in hopes customer service will answer and help. Used the bikes for 1 hour and 30minutes and the app states that it will end the ride automatically when you turn in the bikes at the doc but as soon as we turned in the bikes the ride did not automatically end. The app gives you a option to end the ride manually but even though the bikes are already turned in it still doesn’t read the bikes. I’ve been charged for time that I did not use simply because the app doesn’t read the bikes. If you don’t want to be charged for unpaid ride time don’t use this app. Customer service does not answer nor the emails I’ve sent have not been answered. Most definitely will not recommend or use them again.
