ZOSI Cloud 4+

Zosi has dropped the ball when it comes to this newest update for Zosi Cloud. It would not stream video from my cameras. Download Anla Link and connect your cameras through that app if your having trouble with Zosi Cloud. It worked perfectly for me.

I have a problem with the app, Zosi Cloud. It initially worked great, but now using my cloud ID I can not remote view while away from my WIFI. initially I could view all 8 cameras. Now I only get the first 4 cameras. I contacted the support team and they asked for more information, to which I provided them only to get a response that the case is now closed. This has happened 3 times. I am on the 4th time now and again they sent me a link for how to view the cameras on my monitor, not the problem. The problem is that you can not choose 8 cameras when setting up the cloud ID on the app. You can only choose the amount of cameras using the IP address, but I can not view the IP ones while away from the house. I will change this review if and when I ever get help from your support team!!!

Upon initial install, the app would crash a lot....on multiple phones. That issue seems to be fixed for the most part but it still has crash / freeze issues from time to time. The latest issue is none of the alarm messages are loading. I receive the push notification, open the app, and the alarm messages say there are no alarms. I know they aren’t false alarms because I intentionally caused the motion alarm many times just to see if it would work. It no longer works at all. Please address this issue ASAP! It kind of defeats the purpose of getting a motion alert if you can’t quickly review it.
