Can’t register
I’ve been trying to register, but that doesn’t seem to work. I have uninstalled and tried again but same result. It keeps loading but doesn’t work.
Not preferable if you want good service!
My recent experience with ZMall was absolutely terrible , I placed order , paid online and got cancelled after I called numerous time to check to their call center in which they are very rude and unhelpful, and also second order from their recommended location also got cancelled after waiting 2 hours , please mind I get this update after I called numerous time again to reach their call center. I know the issue is due to lack of much competitors but till then I suggest using deliver addis, I am getting better service with deliver addis to be honest lately.
Terrible Experience with ZMall Delivery Service
My recent experience with ZMall's delivery service was absolutely terrible. After waiting for two hours, my order was canceled, leaving me and my guests without food for an important dinner party. The promised refund was in the form of a token, which I couldn't even use due to technical issues with the app. The customer service team's attitude was rude and unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable. ZMall needs to improve their reliability, functionality, and customer support immediately. I expect a full refund and a serious commitment to rectify these issues.
