Error in app that cost me $$$

The scooters are okay. However, the application is terrible. I have lost ₴1000+ in the last couple months because I’m unable to end my ride. Most recently, the app would not let me end my ride because it said I was outside the parking zone, but I wasn’t. I was in the same place I always end my rides. I took screenshots to prove I was in the parking zone when I received the error. I also contacted support. They said it was resolved, but then my account was charged for 52 minutes when I only used it for 9. They did not refund me. The app is unreliable and the support is bad.

Waste of time and money

The rides are more expensive than elsewhere. And rides are only possible by the roads. It’s summer, hot, and not allowed to ride on parks!!! Seriously!! In Kiev there are so many parks, VDNG , and these areas are prohibited. Too bad I did not know before I paid . Waste of time and money
