Works well and call quality is better than anyone else in the market!!

SMS functionality is on Stone Age level

You are not able to delete sms. So you can look forward to having an inbox cluttered with junk. MMS are not supported, so you are not able to send or receive screenshots/images, etc. Group messaging is also not supported but instead you’ll receive every sms individually and you’ll only respond to the individual instead of the group.

Calls are good quality, hence the second star. The app is OK but could definitely use improvements to be on par with other providers.

Zoho Voice has a lot of potential with integrations to Zoho CRM and once they improve their functionalit, in particular sms, I will gladly up my rating.

Issue

If a call comes in, often it will say “reconnecting” at the top and after answering the call, it will either end right away or sometimes the call will get connected, but no audio can be heard. Then I’ll have to close the app and reopen it to be able to call again. I have to do this almost every time a call comes in and I pick up through the phone. I'm running on the latest Z dialer app version 1.5.17 and iOS version 18.0. No issues with the desktop app however.
