Zankou Chicken 4+

It took a few tries to finally get the app to work but I finally got it to work. It's a little glitchy but ordering is extremely fast easy and convenient... plus you get rewards too... what those are or how it works. I have no idea but hopefully someone from Zankou will see this and respond.

I put my card info in for an order to save time. They even offered a small side. Things were looking good for ordering and the app and their system charged my card, then the app tells me there’s a problem completing the order. The card was charged immediately. However, the order hasn’t gone through but I have to wait 3-4 days for a refund on a meal I should be able to order and pick up in moments. So, Zankou is going to hold my money 3-4 days… Banks have told me when there’s that hold, those who have the money make interest on the hold. I don’t know if this is true, but what is true is that Zankou holding my money on an unfulfilled order is complete nonsense.

Love Zankou, but this app is terrible. Downloaded today to order and it kept saying something went wrong, that my card had been charged and would be refunded but told me to try again. I repeated the process only to get the same error message. When I got to the restaurant, they did not have my order ready and I had to wait. They said they would refund one of the charges, so we will see but the app did nothing to make the process more convenient or timely.
