Your Pie Rewards 4+

Your Pie pizza in Conway Arkansas opened up right before the out break so I didn’t have time to give this a place a shot. I saw a recommendation on Instagram about some giveaway if I download the app and order curbside or pickup. This is one of the best pizza apps I have ever used. The home page is super user friendly which is what most apps lack in! I wished I could select an option that allows me to pay in the store but I understand why it’s not like that. I was running about fifteen minutes late to pick up my pizza and they called me so my pizza didn’t get cold. The workers went above and beyond with the phone call and how they were friendly and ready when I walked in. Can’t wait to come back with friends and family in the near future!

I luv your pie but I’m vegan and tell them I’m not getting meat and to please load up on veggies and they put me 2 pieces of spinach. I ask for a little more and they do add a few more. Then they put 2 pieces of bell pepper and I ask them to put a few more. They are nice but they take forever doing this with each vegetable. That’s the only negative thing I have to say.

I want to start by saying that Your Pie’s food is great. That said, the app is terrible. The old app worked every time for me, but since they updated the app I’ve had consistent issues. I’ve tried to order pizza the last two Friday nights but the app just doesn’t work. The “Order Again” section lists my past orders but nothing happens when I click on them. When I go to manually recreate the order, I get an error every time I try to add something to the cart. There is currently no way to actually order in the app because of whatever error this is. I had the same issue both before and after updating the latest supposed bug fixes to the app tonight. I’m trying to give you money. Please let me.
