Vast improvement

The new app works fantastic in comparison to have the old system used to work my entries are fast quick and clean and the reimbursement notifications go through seamlessly! Thanks for putting the time and effort into getting this cleaned up folks like us fully appreciate it.

Difficult to manage investments

The app is not easy to navigate. It is not easy to manage investments in the app.

Cannot Log In

I’m able to login through the website but this app tells me that the password is incorrect even then. Super buggy and glitchy.
Update after reply: I did create an account on the app with proper registration but it doesn’t let me log back on after first use and then I have to reset password again to log back on.

We are sorry that you are having trouble accessing your account. The user ID and password you use for the online web portal will not give you access to the mobile app. To use the mobile app, you must complete a one-time registration process, which ensures the security of your account. You may register using your name, zip code and Benefits Card number. If you do not have a Benefits Card or if it is not easily accessible, the information required to complete the mobile app registration may be found once you log into the online web portal, under Main Navigation on the left side of the screen, click on User Profile > Mobile App Registration. This screen will provide the Employee ID and Employer ID required to complete the one-time registration process.
