Bundle Purchase

I had purchased the bundle package awhile ago with all of the YouCam Apps. Love the upgrades, the cartoon edits are so cute for kids! However, when I try to update them (all five apps), some are not recognizing my purchase for premium. I checked my Apple subscriptions and they’re all there but listed individually at the individual prices instead, and “restore purchase” in the apps don’t seem to work for me. I’d really like to use Enhance today for a restoration project that’s a gift for family, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Missing “Replace” Feature

I've been a dedicated user of YouCam Enhance for some time now, and I've recently upgraded to a yearly subscription, primarily for the "Replace" feature. However, after making the commitment, I was disappointed to find that the "Replace" feature is no longer available in the app. I found the "Replace" feature incredibly useful and enjoyable, and its absence has significantly impacted my user experience. I'm left wondering if this feature will ever return or if it has been permanently removed. While I've generally been satisfied with the app's performance and features, the sudden disappearance of a feature I found valuable has been disappointing. I hope the developers can provide some clarification on this matter and, ideally, bring back the "Replace" feature. Overall, I enjoy using YouCam Enhance, but the absence of the "Replace" feature has been a letdown. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly for the benefit of all users.

Single mother screwed over on trash app

Requested a refund, denied. I downloaded this app and a few others in search of one that would slim down my figure in a video, and I saw marketing that promoted (subliminally, of course) a slimmer figure in a video after using the app for edits. I took the bait, and next thing I know I’ve got some sort of golden coin balance and I’ve spent some and made an in-app purchase during my free trial?

I opted for push notifications, I was never alerted about the expiration of the free trial BUT I was prompted to come “check out the app” or whatever they said. It’s so obvious now, I feel so stupid. Straight up scam. So basically I’ve been auto-renewed for a SUBSCRIPTION and paid for some mysterious tool I’ll never use and nobody will refund me the $60.

Might I add—not only am I short $60 for Christmas time but this UNEXPECTED WITHDRAWAL from my bank resulted in an overdraft fee—two, to be exact. So an additional $10 that I’m supposed to just eat for an app that DID NOT DO WHAT IT ADVERTOSED
