“Optional message” and responding back

The only downfalls that Ive encountered is the app does not show the optional message that is typed in when forwarded to a provider. Also, the provider isn't able to respond back that they have received the message like on the previous version.

Worst app

This is by far the worst messaging app I have used in healthcare. I had a legitimate pager that worked better than this system. if you have it installed on two devices you no longer get notifications on either device. You can’t respond to the original messenger if you were forwarded a page. Your pages never go to the intended person as it always gets sent to whomever is listed on call. There is no group messaging system. You cannot change the person listed on call without contacting the service department. This entire system should be scrapped and reprogrammed.
