Few issues with app, overall good experience
The only issues I have are very infrequent when the classes don’t load and I can’t book a class or look at the schedule. Besides that this app works well and I appreciate the ease of navigation. Using my barcode in the app is much easier for me than keeping up with the card and being able to see the class, gym, and pool schedule has been very useful! Today is the first day I’m seeing a weather update and it is in real time and being updated in real time to keep the community aware or closures and other services in the winter weather.
Easy to Use/feedback for developers
I like having access to the group exercise schedules for nearby facilities at my fingertips. Easy to reserve my spot. One confusing aspect when I first downloaded is that if a class is more than a certain number of days out, I think it’s 3 or 4, it will say “ready for booking” but then you try to book and nothing happens. It says the same thing if the class is less than say, 3 days out, but you are able to book. I don’t think it’s should say “ready for booking” until you are actually able to book.

We are relatively new to Houston. Our Y membership has been one of the better experiences. We are really enjoying the water exercise and the gym. Unlike other gyms that we visited, there appears to be a strong sense of community at the Y. This was clearly demonstrated during Beryl, when they set up tables for members to come and charge their devices. Thank you!!!!
