Pick N’ Play

This Pick N’ Play game and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. The company owes me $100 from 4-5 different contests and still has not paid me. Basically, I sign into the app with Apple ID Face Scan, I won $50, $10 & $20 with the Face ID Scan. Never got my email. Complained to Supoort about it and they claimed they’ve sent a email to claim my prize but they never did. I’ve emailed several times to the support and I even showed them the proof about my situation but still nothing done. I went with a new email & won $20 and I still did not get my prize even with a verified email. This app is the worst. The company owes me $100 and never paid. Update: Other Customer support from the YES Network helped me get my $80 that I won! They did it within a day. Their support was a easy 10/10 compared to the Pick N Play Support which was a 2/10.

Horrendous!!

Once the app lets you log in it’s prob a 3-star app. Not great but good enough to stream the game and postgame. Add in some highlights and some original content and it’s good. The problem is logging in or really STAYING logged in. Logging in is pretty straight forward. But once you don’t watch the app for a couple days or sign in on a different device it makes you log in again and again and again…and you get the point. And for some reason lately the volume of the audio is low. This is on all devices and not just the tv app. Phone, tablet, tv, laptop, etc you all have to crank up the audio to hear it. If I switch apps while wearing headphones and forget to lower the volume you’re done for. Hearing Michael Kay and Paul O’Neill at 9000 decibels is never fun. If at least they fixed the audio I’d prob give it 2 stars but the constant having to log in almost every single time is just the most annoying feature of any app. I have apps on my tablet that I haven’t watched in months and on all different devices and it takes months if not a year to get logged out.

HORRIBLE APP - STAY FAR AWAY

I am absolutely shocked that a World Class organization like the New York Yankees is associated with this App. Yes Network rushed to go direct to consumer at the beginning of the season without working out any of the bugs that plague this application. As someone that works in tech, I’m really surprised that this got by any quality control. It’s glaring that it’s not about giving fans an app that works, it’s about the Yes Network investors lining their pockets to make up for lost revenue from all of the streaming platforms they couldn’t come to terms with. I’m done giving this a try, there are other alternative ways to watch the Yankees live without constantly being booted off in the middle of a game. Obviously, Yes and their investors have no solution to fix anything, the reviews are all 1 star and negative. You don’t care about fans and their experience, just their monthly payments. You should be ashamed of yourselves for continually pretending this is great live experience for fans, and the Yankees should be as well.
