Love it!
This app is so user-friendly and makes it easy to see my balance and transactions. Reviewers who say the new app was rolled out without notice must have been in outer space for the past few months because I received multiple notices both digitally and through mail. I love being able to do my online banking in a speedy and secure way!

Great App - Transaction Notifications are Not Real Time
Great app. Has several new features that the old app didn’t have. Highly recommend for everyday use to monitor your accounts, apply for loans, and chat with the Member Service Center during business hours.
Only current down side is that the push notification for transaction are not real time notification. Mine have been close to two hour delayed from when a transaction occurs. Even the SMS text notifications take about 30 minutes to an hour to come through. The Visa Purchase Alerts, however are within a minute or two. Thankfully those are easy to setup in the app.
Great app. Just need a little more work to become excellent.

Frustrating app
This app does not work as well as the previous one that they had out.
Mobile transfers from other bank accounts won’t work properly for me, ever. The login never works, and I always have to change my password. Renewing my password does not work, it always states “this password has already been used.” When, in fact, it absolutely has not ever been used. The whole process makes dealing with the financial institution much more difficult. No point in the “convenience” of an app if it can’t carry out its purpose.
Maybe one day it will run properly, but until then I guess I’ll stick with calling in.
