My current balance isn’t never right
Says one amount then log back in another totally different amount also make purchases the purchase never shows up have the time and never lets me know what my total balance is after each transaction specifically paying bills and not know what is left then takes days for my account to update to know what I have in my account
Love this bank
I just wanted to say how I see the employees of FCB in person and online…they are on top of things such as suspected fraud. They are always there to help. I wrote them late 1 night, when I got up the next morning (weekend) I had the answer I needed. Their commitment to excellence is 2nd to none. I really appreciate everything they help me with. Mobile Deposit
I am so thankful for mobile deposit. My work hrs. are business hrs. and it would be impossible for me to make deposits. Without it I would have to try to find somebody to run to the bank for me. Love the hassle free, peace of mind and convenience of this.
