Excellent service
The service has been wonder efficient and fast. I’ve yet to have a need to reset the router as opposed to Cox which I was resetting almost weekly.
The installation was quick, courteous and professional. It was delivered on time and was completely soon that projected.
I can’t say enough, this is the best internet service I’ve had in my 20 years living here in the Phoenix metro area.
Security Risk
The app has various bugs. If you connect a device, you cannot delete that device from your network unless you manually access the gateway configurations and manually move the saved IP Address. You can restrict the device from using internet access. But nothing else, the device is still connected to the router causing an open window for attack. The internet services they offer only comes with the gateway and the security on it. Any additional security and you have to pay for it. Those getting 1TB+ internet services, they use a 3rd party satellite to accommodate with internet traffic. You can find the information in the gateways manual. The app is suppose to display the usage in hours and days for each device. Tech support has no idea why it’s not displaying. But that they will reach back out in 48 hours. It’s been a week now.
Faster, just Sooo Much Faster Than ATT or COX!
I’m glad I made the switch. With Wyyred, I’ve been getting tremendously better service, faster speeds, and more uptime. And my son the gamer is just loving it, too! And all that for a very great price! 👌🏼
