BlasphemousShenanigans ,

Could be a good app, however…

The premise of the app is cool, but nonetheless it is an act of undeniable cowardice that listing World Heritage sites that you’ve visited requires you to pay $9. The developers deserve their flowers for making such an accessible, well designed app, but their gluttonous greed ruins the experience. Visiting and learning about World Heritage sites should be an educational cultural experience, and hiding the opportunity to map these cultural connections behind a paywall is in awful taste. I highly suggest finding another app.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your feedback, I’m delighted that you find the app well designed.

Building and maintaining an app requires a lot of effort and work. It is entirely free to browse all the sites, you are not required to pay anything unless you want to keep track of your favourites and visited sites.

It is sad to read that you to not value other people’s work and are entitled enough to write about it. Please request a refund on the App Store if you mistakenly paid $9, so you can put it towards your next business class flights to go explore world heritage sites.
