Idk what to put here

So far it’s good I’m a teen girl that does all star cheer and trying to get into mega shape because cheer already gets you in shape but im really trying to focus on getting mega abs and muscle today is my first time doing the workout I did my back today Monday and Wednesday is my rest day due to practice but I combine Friday & Saturday with 2 workouts

Great app but…

You will have to pay eventually but it’s not that expensive. You get like 2 free days and then you have to pay. I would fix the timer on the app it is a little tedious to set a timer and it barely works. The last thing I’d correct is the break timer. I would like it to still ring/ding/chime if I exit the app during the workout. Other than that I love this app and have recommended to friends and family already.

Good fitness tracker for my workouts at home

Just started to log my gym workouts with this app. I was looking for a workout planner so I can track my workout plan since I don’t have a personal trainer. My main goal was building muscle to lose weight. It is going great so far
