WIYAK: Your Journey Your Story 4+

Visited Kuwait for a week and was very happy to find Wiyak! Great customer service, clean cars and safe drivers. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been using the Wiyak app since 2022, and this isn’t my first issue with the app. The estimated arrival time for the driver is never accurate. It shows a specific time, and then it suddenly changes.

I’ve made multiple complaints since 2022, but none of them have been handled seriously.

The app seems to intentionally deceive users by adding hidden costs without any explanation or justification. For example, in my latest trip, the driver forgot to end the trip on time, and I was charged for an extra 5 minutes. When I complained, I was told to prove it by taking screenshots of my conversations with someone to show when I arrived home. Imagine a customer service agent asking for such ridiculous proof!

To make things worse, during my last trip, the driver drove recklessly, speeding over bumps without slowing down, as if he was doing me a favor. And this was after I paid for the luxury ride, which is supposed to be their most expensive and high-quality option.

This app is poorly managed, filled with hidden fees, and has terrible customer service. They show no respect for customers, and their drivers’ behavior is unacceptable. I don’t recommend using this app to anyone unless they address these serious issues.

When I used it for airport drop offs which is time sensitive so I do schedule pick ups ahead of time, the app will let you pick any tier until its last minute they call and say its not available and “app shouldn’t accept” and it gives lesser tier. When you pick the lesser tier for the next time I was surprised last minute again that that tier not available for my location either although it drop me off before. app getting deleted after my wallet refund it caused me stress and confusion for no reason.
