This app is very useful , as i’ve been using it ever since Wink got deleted (I think) . But there is one think that’s been happening recently, which is that the app has been stopping at 80% for the quality fixing and it stays stuck there. I just hope this gets fixed because the app is great and i’ll continue using it once the glitch gets fixed :))

Poor Quality & No Refund Support

I downloaded this app expecting high-quality AI editing, but the results were poor and did not meet expectations. I attempted to cancel my subscription, but I was in a remote location with poor WiFi, which made it difficult to manage in time.

When I reached out to Winkit’s customer support on December 31st, they never responded. I also tried requesting a refund through Apple, but they denied it—even though I was unable to use the app as expected.

If you subscribe to this app, be aware that the company is unresponsive to refund requests, and Apple may not help if you experience an issue. I do not recommend this app, and I strongly advise against making in-app purchases.

Not bad, but not good.

I am a small K-pop YouTuber (more known as a K-Tuber). I’ve noticed how many watchers like good quality shorts, and I decided to download this app just for that. The free daily uses started off at 10-12, then it went down to 4, and then to only 1. I was able to convince my brother to get me a subscription, but it said either $7 weekly, or $50 yearly. What I’m confused on is if you have to pay $0.96 weekly (for the $50 subscription), I want the subscription but I’m very sacred it’ll just charge my brother $50 immediately, and not $0.96. Overall, it’s a 50/50 app.
