Best Banking App
Out of all the bank apps I use, this one is the best by far. Has everything that you need to pay bills, transfer money and apply for loans and credit cards. Super easy to find your way around and loads up fast and you can move from one account to another with ease. It's rarely ever down... I mean hardly ever in years of use. I've travelled overseas and it's great to have on your phone or iPad.
Using outside of Australia
I use this app for my banking needs from the states. Very good. No worries! Makes it really easy. Obviously they've taken a lot of care in putting this app together.
Out of order
Why can't Westpac give us a reason that this app simply doesn't work? We have been continuously locked out of our banking by this app when using the correct data to login. The app then tells one to call a phone number where the rep asks you for all of your bank accounts. How can one possibly know them when you are locked out and overseas so that your statements are unavailable. We then call our branch and get a message promising to call us back within four hours. It has been 48 hours and no call has been forthcoming.
