Wellputt App 4+

The mat is fantastic! My high school golf team has seen huge improvement since beginning to use it - can’t say enough positive things about it. The app, however, falls short. I had to type out all the courses for my team because the app would constantly crash for them. Improve the app and its a must have for every high school coach out there!

First I’d like to say my rating is for the app only, NOT the mat itself.

With the update 6 months ago, it seems as though the developer has addressed the scoring and app crashing issue brought up in many of the other reviews You can now track your score on the app and I haven’t had any crashing issues on any of the courses as I’ve used it over the last 3 days.

Overall the app is fairly user friendly and provides some challenging training portions and games once you select the mat you are playing on. Understanding how to get to that point could be a little tricky for some. Things to improve:
1) Scoring would be better if you could track each stroke on each hole instead of just the a pass or fail on the hole. It would be great for comparing with previous rounds to see how you are improving.
2) Descriptions could use a little work. I like the video that plays, it makes it much easier to understand the request.
3) Once I’ve created an account, why can’t my data/results transfer from one device (iPhone) to another (iPad) when I log into the account on the 2nd device?
3) I wish there were a few more games listed on the app as well as a way to score them in app.

My brother and I split the cost on this mat as we are looking to improve our short game and we were very excited when he got them out and started using it as it’s very high-quality and we’re very happy with it on the down side, the app doesn’t work at all we have tried over and over and I just constantly crashes on orange blue or black course so we kind of feel ripped off that even though the mat is good the intention was the app should work with it to keep track of different things that we were looking to keep track of so overall have to give a one star review as the app doesn’t work at all please update soon as we are very unhappy
