WellnessLiving Elevate 4+

I switched to WL two years ago from Mindbody, hoping to improve experiences for parents signing kids up for class. 1. The switch was very difficult on all our clients.
2. While there may have been marginal progrss in parent user experience, general use for all students was not well reviewed.
3 More devastating the reports features and general user experience has made client commutation and retention awful headaches. My business has suffered and I would never recommend.
4. Payments processing through paragon is opaque and expensive. And requires PCI validation.

Switched over from Mindbody mainly because I thought Mindbody was overpriced and wasn’t using a whole lot of what they have to offer. Thought this would be better at first it was but now all the app updates keep making it worse. My schedule is never accurate when I put things in, It can take up to a day for a change to show up in the schedule or several refreshes. I liked how it integrated into my website although it takes forever to load I believe mindbody has a better option now for website integration. Just very disappointed in this product. it’s terrible. Mindbody’s has so many more functions And you’re limited on the Wellness Living app compared to the desktop version. once my contract is over. I definitely will be moving back to mindbody even though it’s more expensive it is worth it, for a better quality and less headaches.

The original version of this app was useful for managing my business from my phone, but this new version is much better and includes many more features I can access right from my phone!

Thanks for redesigning much of the system and making it flow better, run faster and have a more appealing look! I cannot wait for you guys to add the ability to approve/deny appointment requests, add/edit notes/alerts, respond to message center, viewing forms, send custom notifications from attendance list, recurring booking, landscape mode, and more reports to view KPIs
