This app is available to you through the Well onTarget® Fitness Program, as a benefit of select Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) health plans.
With this app, eligible members book studio classes, find participating fitness centers, and keep track of fitness center visits to earn Blue Points exchangeable for healthy living rewards. The program helps members get on track – and stay on track – to reaching wellness goals.
As part of the Fitness Program and with this app you'll get access to:
• A nationwide network of fitness centers including national and regional chains. That means convenient access to a gym close to wherever you are - whether at home, work, on vacation or traveling!

Pay first, no support
I just wanted to see a list of gyms that would fall under the benefit.
It was advertised through my employer as a gym reimbursement, but that was only the start of my disappointment. I had to go through several options and giving of personal information, and finally it seemed like I was getting somewhere. I want you Fitness Programs and it instead had list of packages for me to buy with very little information.
One said access to 3000 gyms and another 11k which means nothing to me. I could not go another step without paying and giving my credit card information which is ridiculous. Just more insurance company trickery.
There was no support number listed or email or chat help, but I guess that is by design. Most people do not have time for the built in rigmarole.
Painful login
The app makes you manually log in every time you use it. The login page is also a pop up browser that a password manager won’t recognize, so that’s another level of inconvenience. This is so painful especially when every other app I own allows for Face ID or pin login.
Otherwise as far as I can tell everything else on the app works fine.
It hardly works
Most of the listed studios have no classes available. When there is an available class it will only allow you to book the class maybe 1/3 of the time. Usually is says “something went wrong. Try again.” It is a free service through my insurance but I do not see how it is practical to use.
