Easy to use app, drivers are great. I do have one suggestion, however. If there were an option to schedule a ride in advance, that would be great! I’d even pay a little extra for the service!
It’s broken
I’ve been trying to get a ride since late January. Coincidently after the last update. I’m asking Via to take a look and fix the WeGo app. My friend downloaded the app last week and tried to get a ride and ran into the same problem I have experienced. The default is “oops! We don’t have a seat for you.” But I actually got a ride home yesterday on WeGo. I was thrilled. I mentioned the problems I’ve had and she was unaware there was a problem. Please help!
