Great when it works
I love Waypoint TV’s selection of fishing shows. But the app and website don’t work half the time. I’ve tried it on my iphone, mac book, work laptop, and 2 separate TVs and I have the same issue with every device. It maybe only works 20% of the time but when it does it’s fantastic! Please fix whatever this issue is.
Great content, trouble chrome casting, will work on a desktop
I stopped watching for a while, but when some of my favorite shows such as “Into The Blue” had some new episodes, I tried watching again. The problem is, it doesn’t work with chromecast anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even tried it using my iPhone and my iPad. Neither one worked. UPDATE! If you have a desktop on the same wifi network as your chromecast. Open Waypoint in a google chrome browser. Click the three dots in the top right and select “cast”! Works great!
Works on Roku, doesn’t work on iPhone 7
I started watching waypoint on my Roku TV and love it. Not sure if the folks at waypoint know this because it is very cumbersome to submit feedback to them, with no option in the app to do so, but anytime I open up a video and me iPhone app on my iPhone 7 it just repeatedly plays the intro advertisement over and over again, never actually playing the video I selected. This is the case for every video I’ve tried to watch through the app. Hope they get this fixed soon!
