Washed offers the best, personal, next-day return, laundry service. Create an account, choose your plan type – weekly or “by request” – set up your laundry preferences (everything from which detergents, fabric softeners and dryer sheets you like to how you want your clothes folded), set up your first pickup and say “Goodbye!” to laundry.\n\nFrom here on, we’ve got it!\n\nIf you choose our “by request” plan, we’ll send you a notification the day before we’re coming to your neighborhood to see if you want a pickup. Love coming home to folded clothes
Our washer has been broken and for a house with 4 working adults and 1 kiddo during this pandemic, we really need to be able to get our clothes washed. I signed up and got a call with how the process works. Left clothes outside in bag provided, they picked up and delivered next day all nicely folded. Love it! The invoice comes a day later. As far as the app, It’s okay, shows days you can set for pick up and your laundry preferences but I wish it showed the invoice there too.
