App is great is all you need is an explanation of the mat, a video demonstration of each exercise from above, and a stopwatch. It does provide you with a sense of accomplishment as you click a button to tell the app that you have completed each exercise. There is no feedback on your performance, if that’s what you were hoping for. Just more of a tracker app for your practices.
