The Wallowa County Chieftain is available everywhere you are. The app gives you access to local and regional news. Wallowa County Chieftain is a weekly newspaper and website based in Enterprise, Oregon. With a long history of chronicling the daily life of the northeast corner of Oregon. Since 1884, the Chieftain has published every week, never missing an issue for over a century. Today it stands as the county’s only newspaper and Wallowa County’s oldest business by far.

Version 214.2
This version brings many bug fixes and improvements to the app to continue bringing the best reader experience possible. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- YouTube embeds are now playable within the article detail view and do not take you out of the app
- While in VoiceOver mode, the cursor will no longer get stuck on scrollbars
- When sharing an asset the URL will be provided instead of the asset name
- Search results will now always show the date posted for an asset
- Vertical videos will be visible in the correct aspect ratio in the embedded video player

Since the Albany Democrat Herald doesn’t really exist, it’s nice to see your journalism talents put to good use.
Constant issues with app
I signed up with this subscription to the Chieftain back in September. I have had nothing but issues with the app. I have emailed for support and that has not helped. The only way I can view the news is to delete the app and log back in. I have to do this multiple times a week. Please fix the app!!!!
