Can’t log in and no help available
Third platform now for this hospital and all with different log in parameters. Tried the app, but doesn’t recognize established password. Try recovery of password, but since the security question is BLANK, don’t know what to answer. Can’t sign up again, because already a patient. Finally, no help or feedback available to call, chat, or email anyone for help.
Don’t waste your time with this poor app.
Still can’t log in
Can only access from email sent to me… not sure this app even connects to the link sent by doctors when corresponding. Makes it impossible to reach doctor via email with questions - have to go back to an old email and log in that way. Terrible App!!
Valley View strikes again
Got the app yesterday. Took over 30 minutes to get it on my phone. Then I couldn’t log in. App won’t recognize the username/password combination. And there is no way to edit the crappy app. I am already a patient so I guess I’m stuck. Just remember. Nothing good ever comes from Valley View.
