Like they say, works “most” of the time
I have to delete the app and reinstall it every few days if I want it to work. Really really frustrating, especially when traveling, to have to continually log back in, reinstall, clear the cache etc…
Please fix your app so I don’t have to keep doing this! Not worth the money at this point. I’d suggest PIA or something of the like until VPNSecure fixes their stuff.
Possibly the worst
I rarely use my vpn which is part of the reason I dished out the 1 time payment for “lifetime subscription”. This was a couple years ago. Well I tried to use it just now for shopping from my iPhone and the app says I don’t have access! I paid for that and they simply reneged. Not only that but since trying to login, this app has completely messed up my WiFi connection on my phone. not a single update in 2 years as of this review. Ya know what, good riddance! Slow, inconsistent connections, logs user activity, absolute garbage.
Doesn’t support iOS 17 unusable
I think the title says it all, I put in a support ticket but no response. Vpnsecure used to rock but I think this ship has been on autopilot for a while
The issue is when you try to pull down your vpn keys it fails to read the pem file so it doesn’t create the vpn profile, of which means it’s unusable
Hopefully vpnsecure can get back on track but for now I have switched to another provider of which is working out better for me
