Vizen Cam 4+

I just can’t seem to get my Vizen Cam to be hooked up on my iPhone. I got a ticket from a cop for a U-turn on a street that I wasn’t on. But now I can’t prove it because it was not working. And a lawyer said that I can’t prove it. It’s the police officer’s word against mine which the judge would seem to believe without my proof.

I got this camera in 2019 at the Honda dealership of dtla. It works but it stopped working one time and they replaced it. But they didn’t give me the password. A while back i tried to change the name of the camera and it was asking me for the password. Since then I can’t access it. I went to their service department about a month ago and asked what can be done and they basically said that this they no longer carry the camera I’d have to find a carrier and see if they can replace it and then bring the receipt to Honda and see what they can do about it. Just unnecessary and now I know to never accept any add-ons at a dealership

So far as I can tell, it just straight up doesn’t do anything. They claim in the description that you can live stream on the app, you can download video straight to your phone and control the cam with your phone but that’s just a lie. I’ve had this for a year and a half and not once has that been an available option. There’s no settings in the app, there’s no instructions, there’s just no form of support. The only thing you can do is physically turn the camera on or off. End of list. What a waste of money.
