Description
Time will fly by, you just watch. There's something for everyone, free on your next flight.
How Does it work?
- Use your own device, because we know that's the screen you like and by not fitting an in-seat screen this reduces fuel = less emissions.
- Be sure you have the most current operating system (e.g. iOS 13 or later). Unfortunately older devices may not handle the features in this app - we're really sorry about that.
- Once onboard, firstly set your device to flight mode and then connect to the Virgin Australia WiFi network . When connected to the onboard WiFi network, launch the app and then start exploring the hundreds of hours of entertainment.
- With 350+ hrs, including recent release movies, over 400 TV episodes, as well concerts and interviews with music industry legends we are sure you will find something to entertain.
Top Tips: Please do check for updates before you fly, make sure your device is fully charged and consider bringing a battery pack for longer flights and don’t forget your earphones!

Useless
Twice across the pacific and couldn’t get it working with an iPad Pro.
Despite scrolling and searching the only page shown on the app was the ‘welcome’ home page. Couldn’t load any other pages or find any entertainment at all!
What made it worse was that both times crossing the pacific on VA1 the fancy virgin headphones in economy X wouldn’t work so I was forced to use the app, which DID’NT WORK!!!
Long boring flight with B grade food. Qantas must be laughing at VA.
Junk. Just like Velocity and Virgin Australia Management.

Who develops this app, seriously?
It’s 2019 and you think you only give users the option of using their velocity number as a login name? Seriously people, the default is email, now we all need to go find our silly number to login into our poorly designed app. Because we are captured clients you demand all sorts of information to simply use the app to watch something-do you really need my address, a password AND a four digit pin? Try doing some user testing and observe the users, you can do much better guys!
