VIP Attractions Booking App 4+

I just purchased a pass for arrival and departure for Club MoBay. In the email it offers you the option to download this app. Downloaded, signed up and it’s telling me there is no booking found. Seems as though there isn’t a way to attach your current booking to the app, it’s only available for purchasing directly through the app, I’m assuming. Deleting this app as it is useless to me.

Wish I knew about this when I landed in Jamaica. The lines were extremely long and slow. I started seeing people go right past everyone so I began to ask questions. I was told to look up club mobay. On the sight it says to book 24 hours in advance. You can book same day or call an agent to book same day. The experience was awesome. Professional staff, good food and a nice lounge to wait in until it’s time for you to board your flight. I would book through them again to expedite things.

My TA booked our club Mobay and in our confirmation letter it said to download this app. However if you do not purchase through the app there is no option to enter your reservation. And link to in the app. So the app is useless after the fact. If you want to use the app then you MUST purchase through the app. I did read the previous reviews but was curious if they had fixed the issue so I went ahead and downloaded and created an account to see. Just here to confirm that 2 years later they still have not made it an option to enter reservation info to link in app.
