Perfect for disabled people
As a man who’s suffered three brain aneurysms, three brain bleeds, a stroke, over 15 surgeries, over 100 procedures and counting, and rides with UZER, this app is vastly superior to the previous method of functionality. I can see who my driver is and where they are in real time, and that beats out phone calls by a long shot because over half the time I can’t hear anything they’re saying and that’s why I prefer to text. All around great app, UZER!
Wonderful service just need more payment options
I love the service especially that I can schedule from the app instead of calling.
1. Would love to have a way to pay with a card and not just cash all the time. Sometimes it’s hard getting out to get dollar bills . Or invent a UZURV card that we can load funds to would be helpful.
