App opens but can’t connect to Uzum bank server
When I 1st open it tries to connect to Uzum bank server to login but it times out after couple of minutes. I tried both home wifi and mobile internet. Both can’t connect to the server. My phone iPhone 13 Pro Max so I don’t have any speed not internet issue. It used to work smoothly when it was Apelsin. Developers I don’t know what you did but this app can’t login and it works it still taking longer time to login baca use of time taking longer to talk to your backend servers.

Unexpected Condition of App
I re-installed app one more time, however forgot my password bit before entering my password they verified my phone number. I wanted to use ‘Forgot Password’ feature, but App says it’s not possible. So I tried many times still got the same buggy result. I couldn’t reset my password so I am not using the app now.
How can Apple system allowed such buggy app to App Store. As a Product manager, I think this situation is unacceptable. Feature should be complete or not be there.
