UTA Conference and Event Management (CEM) provides complete support for conferences, industry meetings, workshops, seminars, and symposiums customized to meet your organization's needs. CEM delivers supplemental internal meetings and event staff as needed and provides complete turnkey support as an external "Meetings Department." With the experience and staff to oversee all aspects of event management, including venue selection, event website development, online attendee registration, payment services, budget assistance, on-site management, event marketing, audiovisual and technology requests, and post-conference surveys, CEM offers a "one-stop shop" for clients to plan every aspect of their program easily.
