There is no option to write in notes

Hi Developers..
Can’t find how to write in notes.. there is no option for keypad or any pen, when I open the notes, it’s just a plain page..

Mistakes

It helps me a lot everyday but I also see mistakes and they are as it is from last many years. Kindly review it to omit flaws. Thanks
