The BEST !!!

1. Im writing review because this is the BEST offer one Bank has to offer to a client who has difficulty opening their bank account because of so many requirements!
2. NO Hassle while downloading the App and in the App youll be able to apply a savings account with NO maintaining balance ! Other banks requires you to maintain atleast 2k.
3. They have approved my application in just minutes! all you have to do is to provide the right information. esp your photo and ID. Right information means you have to state whats in your ID. (Be accurate about it)
4. I have requested for an ATM and it arrived in 10 days. I have activated it and used it already. Even If we only have one branch in our City, the convenience it gave me is what im really thankful for.
5. Dont believe all the negative comments .. Delays or disapproval of your application may mean you have not submitted the right information. Delays of ATM may mean you have not answered the courier for the delivery schedule. (Mine was delivered via Ninja Van)
6: The BEST MOBILE APP ive ever used. I could say it is because they patterned it like the ones I use in the US 🗽.

Globally competitive app

This app never disappoints since it's upgrade from UMobile in 2017. They charge the lowest instapay fees, easy to navigate, and very appealing. I love how UB has support for users abroad with the in-app OTP feature. Fund transfer transactions are always smooth, and features are all helpful. I live overseas and I would say this app is advance and wayy ahead of its competitors in the country

Unionbank is not for Citibank cardholders

The company seems to just purchase Citi just to get its large marketshare, they do not care on the clients’ service needs. I have been sending them emails and even call their hotline, which does not have an option to talk to a customer service representative, coz the app does not have anything that relates to my concern. I want my citi credit card cancelled months before the renewal. And now, they get to bill me an annual fee for a service I needed but did not get! Crappy service, crappy app! Citibank had been nothing but caring to its holders, I never had a problem with them, to think that I have been using mine abroad! Try asking to their branch banks and the people there have no idea on how to deal with your concern. Poor bankers, they got thrown with issues they have not been trained on. Thats how UB cares!
