The UHM Mortgage app is designed exclusively for existing customers to conveniently manage their accounts and mortgages on the go!
Features:
• My Loan: Monitor your loan balance, upcoming payments dates, loan activity and more. Schedule one-time payments, set up or modify recurring monthly debits and auto-pay effortlessly!
• My Home: Provides details about your estimated property value and potential equity, if available in your area. Also includes two calculators for potential interest savings and earlier payoff by paying more monthly or paying a lump sum. A third calculator allows you to calculate how to pay off by a specific month/year.*
• My Neighborhood: Provides neighborhood activity including comparable sales and recent census data.
* This does not constitute a commitment to lend/any data used for the origination of a new loan with UHM must be validated per guidelines.

Easy Payments!
I’ve been very pleased with the UHM app! I was super excited to be able to have an easy way to make my mortgage payments. Everything has run smoothly. Payments have been applied properly. Access to my mortgage information at my fingertips is invaluable— including, but not limited to, knowing when escrow funds are paid out of the account.
Finally
I am so excited to have an app that I can easily pay my house loan on my phone. The automated system wasn't bad, but now the ease and convenience of logging into the app and being able to make my payment with a few clicks is a game changer.
Portal Not Working
We used the new portal twice in December to make our December payment. Each time the payment rejected. I called Customer Service and was assured the second payment would go through. It did not. I just paid 2 payments on my account. I'm not hopeful it will work either and your customer service wait time is in excess of an hour. I don't want this issue affecting my credit history, incur a late charge or affect my relationship with UHM since we have paid online for 4 years with no problem until this change.
