Description
UC Softphone is a SIP soft client that extends the functionality beyond the land line or desktop. It brings features of the Hosted PBX platform directly to the user's mobile devices as a complete Unified Communications (UC) solution. With UC Softphone, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. UC Softphone grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.
***NOTES - IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ***
SIP - UC Softphone is a SIP Client, not a VoIP service. You must have service with a VoIP provider or PBX to use it, please consult your provider for compatibility.
VoIP over Mobile Networks - By using UC Softphone over mobile networks, you agree to abide by any restrictions your cellular carrier imposes and agree you may be held responsible for any data charges, fees or liability imposed by your carrier for using UC Softphone over their network. This app was created with ease of access in mind for the consumer. The developer will support bug reports and app issues however no network support will be provided for uncontrolled networks (IE: cellular carrier, satellite, public WiFi, etc)

Corrected an issue where the speakerphone could cause echo feedback for other call participants. Fixed a Call History bug. When a "From Name" was empty or missing, the dialed number would be displayed instead of the "From Number". Corrected an issue concerning Music on Hold and conferencing. If a mobile app user in a conference put the call on hold, hold music would play for all conference participants. Corrected an issue where the switch phone button would simultaneously ring all devices. Fixed a bug concerning the "Add Call" button. If a call was put on hold, a call could not be added. Fixed a crash when tapping, then dismissing the ‘More’ button during a call. Fixed an issue with incorrect timestamps for sms messages. Fixed an issue where the app would get stuck in a connecting state. This was caused by duplicate push notifications from the server.
