Instead of using this ratings column… Is there a way to communicate with you for questions we might have about the game features or about problems users are experiencing?

For example: what period of time is is covered in the offer of $6.99 fee for removing ads? Daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or forever?

Another example is: why has the Hypercharge feature never activated for me even though I’ve met the criteria many times?

As others have reported here, the game seizes up too, too frequently. Period.

Also mentioned by other users here, precise placement of the “node” is a substantial hindrance to progress within each level.

Users report, as well, a concern that ad time is greater than gameplay time. I have, myself, measured this statistic a few times and found this to be true.

The game itself is quite fun however there’s none stop pop ups only about 20% of which are adds. I’ve been playing for quite a while (over level 2000) and I’ve noticed that there are constant pop ups for tournament play and all kinds of none sense like free boosters that you end up having to watch adds to receive. There’s also a weekly tournament that you can’t get out of playing. You can tell that it’s only boys you’re playing for one considering the name list of the other players and also the fact that they always get better at the same rate as you do. It’s designed so you’ll buy boosters so the makers will make money. As far as paying to make it add free it would do no good because as I said before at least 80% of the pop ups and clicks you have to go through to play to game are for adds within the game about the game. It’s just another game like all the rest that you get interrupted playing to watch an add about the exact game you are playing telling you about how there are no adds. They all do it now which doesn’t make it right it just makes it normal.

I spent so many hours and days playing to get myself to the #1 spot to win a bunch of coins and low and behold I get to around level 415 and suddenly the time they allow shortens down to 25 seconds per level so there is no possible way you can beat it in the time allotted!! You then have to keep buying coins to beat the levels so I was thinking it was just a couple odd or occasional super hard levels I had to get thru and normal times would resume well it’s not , it was every level … I kept buying coins and the levels got harder and harder which is fine but then your time allotment gets so low it’s humanly impossible to beat it. Not to mention that a lot of times you move the rope and it doesn’t stay where you move it so you lose a lot of levels because their game is not accurate . When I move a rope it should stay where I put it not sling shot across the screen and tangle even worse then it was, it is an intentional time waster. I literally could only get about 4-5 ropes out of 30 untied and I would be out of time . I was using 4.99 worth of coins every level or 2 so all those hours and purchased coins are wasted. I’m done .. deleting this game! This is a scam
