TSP Mobile is exclusively for the use of TSP, Inc employees and its customers. TSP Mobile helps you manage and dispatch your field service team anywhere.

- 24/7/365 paging for normal and high priority dispatches. You pick the order and criteria for which techs are selected based on workload, location, and skills needed to perform the work.
- Track work schedules, time off, training, and schedule on-call techs for working hours, after hours, and weekends in a comprehensive region-based view
- Custom service levels for each client let you manage and exceed SLA's
- Instant notification lets techs accept or reject work assignments on the fly, with escalation paths to managers-on-call to make sure you never miss an SLA.
- Field-driven request status constantly communicated to your customer so they know when your tech is assigned, scheduled, on-site, when work begins and when it is complete
- Audience-based messaging lets you target communication to one person, a group, or the entire team
- Track labor and expenses associated with any request or project

Total TSP Fail
It’s bad enough the TSP returns are bad right now, but then TSP goes offline to introduce the most user unfriendly app possible. I have yet to be able to sign in. Why have a Microsoft interface when 90%of the world is on Apple. Complete and total failure of TSP. Everyone who worked on it up to the leader of TSP should be ashamed and fired.
Logon links
It is a drag. This is tied to Microsoft which causes confusion with other existing (own) Office accounts. It needs to point to the UID and PW for TSP not Microsoft. Go back to the drawing board on this App.
Awful
Fire the lamebrains responsible for this app. It’s useless.
