If you are a progressive single, you care deeply about social issues such as pro-choice, climate change, and gun control. To date, no dating apps have focused on you. TruuBlue was designed as a safe place for socially active singles like you to meet and interact with like-minded progressives.
In fact, studies show that the vast majority of progressive singles want to date others who share their social beliefs and ideals. Further, data shows that aligning on these issues results in much longer and stronger relationships.
TruuBlue asks each of its members to rate where they stand on six important social issues such as pro-choice, climate change, and immigration. We developed a patent-pending algorithm to include these ratings in our matching logic. The result is more accurate matches and less time wasted on incompatible dates.
The days of swiping left and right are gone. We use a technique we call “Ice Breakers” to get you communicating quickly and effortlessly. The developer states it is being launched in Southern California, and a specific segment of Colorado as well. I am in Southern California, created a profile and I am prompted to share the app with friends, even though it isn’t launched my area?! I am based in Orange County and acknowledge that I go into LA county regularly. Still doesn’t matter. I wish that the developer would’ve been more honest upfront about being a new app that hasn’t been launched. Once they get up and running their algorithms and intention will be gold. Until then I will remain confused as to why my profile is not active in southern California during their lunch phase. Thought you should know details upfront.

A safe zone for progressives
Being able to self-rate one’s stance immigration, climate and universal healthcare, etc. as well as those of other users is what makes this app stand out above other dating apps when it comes to finding and matching with someone where such compatibility is important. The app keeps getting better as grows and expands to include more locations, but in doing so it also has its share of fake accounts. The developer is well aware of this and is actively trying to weed them out. The developer is also very responsive when it comes to issues that arise and you need support and seems very invested and passionate about this project. Progressives out there who’ve had enough of those other apps should definitely download this one!

So easy to set up an account and navigate the app! The questions you answer are also so straight to the point that you’re bound to find your perfect match… if not multiple!
