Poor communication with owners of the app/navigation. Unable to block agencies or prevent their interest in notifications. Users should be able to set their own rates. Nascar was paying $11/hour during 2022 inflation, seeking desperate herd of sheep indeed, that should be unacceptable being below minimum wage. This app is clearly designed for the benefit of TH getting clients/contacts based off of your client reviews when submitting agency/client emails and direct numbers. Realize they are not paying you a dime for a referral, its just so you can feel like you have power by voicing your opinion for once when in reality they are profiting off of you.

I live in Seattle, I have my radius set to 500 miles (which would include every major city in Washington, and Vancouver BC, and Portland, OR, Eugene, OR, Boise, ID, even the largest cities in Montana), and I get a job notification from TH about once a month or once every other month. Very few jobs where I live on this site, but plenty of work in my area—the Seattle economy is booming, we are busy here. So today I have a job alert and I went on the site, it prompts me to download the app, I do, and view the job. There is no information populated to the page aside from the top where it shows the date, hours, pay and company. There are no details of what the job is, what the requirements are, what the duties and responsibilities are, those fields are all empty. Kind of important. I logon to the regular website to see if it’s an error of the employer of maybe not filling in the info, but it’s there on the website. TH, you talk a lot of hype about how you are so amazing. I have never applied to a job from your site and each time I tell myself to just give you another chance, nothing comes from it. Why bother?

I’ve landed 3 major promotional jobs in one month two are reoccurring and one is 12 days making close to $3000. My only critique of the app is you can’t set the calendar in advance ie: if you’re looking for May jobs but it’s April it won’t let you move past April. I suggest taking your time updating your resume and headshots the jobs will pour in, I’ve had to turn down a few.
