Truemac is more than a calorie counter or food diary. We believe by empowering with you with easy to understand nutritional information you will make the smarter food choice each and every time. Food choices at times can seem overwhelming and confusing, which is why Truemac was created to relieve the stress and time spent making the right choice.
Our extensive database allows you to track your food and our barcode scanner makes keeping a log of your food stress free, however we are just getting started. Truemac also allows you to search through our database of foods by the amount of Protein, Carbohydrates or Fats you require and then it will tell you exactly how much of that food to consume to hit your macro nutrient requirements. You can also find out how much of a certain food to eat to hit certain calorie needs in a matter of seconds.
For those times when you are torn between two different foods, our easy compare function will allow you to see all the information you need to make your choice in a sleek side by side display. Deciding between foods has become a whole lot easier.
