RED FLAGS Return and avoid

Headset is comfortable, but loudest setting is still a bit low. Assumed app would have an option to override/increase max volume….

Of course the APP isn’t available as everyone has mentioned. The fact that the MFG hasn’t responded to these complaints is a huge red flag.
Too many options out there, so not worth wasting time on a product that Managament doesn’t care about their customers.

Unable to login or create an account

App does not work. Asks you to make a password, then keeps making you put in a password.
Register button is same color as background.
Try to use this app before publishing it.
